Project Updates

River Point South Suburban
Trail Detour
Starting November 19, 2007 a portion of the north leg of the Temporary Bike Trail Detour will be modified to allow for construction of the permanent trail along the Platte River. The Mary Carter bike trail along the South Platte River is scheduled to reopen on January 2, 2008. Bear Creek Trail travelers will be required to detour south on Clay Street and connect at Oxford and the existing trail as shown on the detour map.

Construction started
November 16, 2006
Englewood Golf Course Front 9, par 3 course and driving range closed Sept. 12 during construction. Back 9 holes and clubhouse are to remain OPEN.
Frontage Road (Natches Court & South Platte Road) closed to through traffic starting early December for construction duration. OPEN to local businesses only.
South Suburban and Mary Carter bike trails rerouted around construction area starting late December.
Sidewalk west of Natches Ct. and South Santa Fe closed during construction.
